Hello,
module "tinymce" is available in 3 versions:
tinymcepro16.zip - for prestashop 1.6.x only
tinymcepro1760.zip - for prestashop 1.7.0.0 - 1.7.6.x
tinymcepro1780.zip - for prestashop 1.7.8.0 and newest

if you updated your shop to version 1.7.8.x you need to use tinymcepro1780.zip library,
this means that you need to:

  • uninstall old version of the module
  • upload new correct zip tinymcepro1780.zip
  • install module
  • just in case - clear browser cache to see new editor everywhere in back office

best regards
milosz

just clear browser cache and log in to your shop again,

you do not see editor because browser remembers old .js files of the module,

after cache clear browser will see new files and it should work fine
