hello
i've got questions about this files upload module
Nr 1.:
How can i hide this part of the module? I dont want customers to have any hint to have the possibility to upload something. I use this module so i can upload something for them. Customers are supposed to only download.
Nr 2.: The "save" button is too big, its overlapping with the "download" -text. How can i change this?`
Nr 3.: How can i change the color of these buttons?
Nr 4.: What is this title? Where does it come from? I cant change it. And customers already thought they are going to download a virus because of the name. It sounds weird but not all of the customers are internet-natives... So it scares them.

To disable upload for customers you need to activate option to "hide upload forms": https://i.imgur.com/9hIAixi.png
Nr 2.: The "save" button is too big, its overlapping with the "download" -text. How can i change this?`
Nr 3.: How can i change the color of these buttons?
the button sizes depends on the buttons used by theme (module uses theme classes like btn-default etc.)
so in this case, since you are using non-default theme it is required to check it directly in theme to verify what css styles your theme uses.
Nr 4.: What is this title? Where does it come from? I cant change it. And customers already thought they are going to download a virus because of the name. It sounds weird but not all of the customers are internet-natives... So it scares them.
This is the name of the file you uploaded: https://i.imgur.com/RyDv6Vr.png and this is how it appears in front office: https://i.imgur.com/opCLL2P.png
