This is public support for birthday coupon module. With this plugin you can automatically generate voucher codes for your customers. Module will send this code before customer's birthday. Addon gives possibility to configure voucher code in details (value of coupon code, usage conditions, exclusions etc.).

Module currently does not have feature to exclude customers from birthday coupon feature.
But you can use some workaround with existing features in the module. In this case - feature to exclude some group of customers from discount.
This means that you can create group of customers named, for example "exclude from birthday coupon". then you can associate selected customers with this group.
In effect these customers will not receive birthday voucher code :-) so you will achieve what you expect
