Hello, This concerns the HTML Box Pro v3.2.9 module we had to upgrade from Presta 1.7.2.X to 1.7.7.5 to integrate new modules. Since this update your module no longer works correctly. When we access the module we no longer have the possibility to see the blocks already created. Do you know the pb? Do you have a solution ? Note: it is a multi-store which includes 15 sites. you need to update module to version at least 3.6.9

- added improvements to module usage in prestashop 1.7.7.0

 

 

prestashop from version 1.7.7.x changed the way of how back office works in terms of javascripts (jquery toggle() function).
because of this - we had to update module to support these changes.

How to download update?
As customer you can download free upgrades of the module for one year.
To download upgrade please log in to your customer account, and open "my orders" page: http://mypresta.eu/my-account/orders/
Download module there in the same way as you downloaded it first time. You will download there always recently released version of the module.

If your updates expired you do not have to purchase new license, you can extend access to upgrades with large discount (from 60% up to 90% discount - depending on order value). You can do it directly from "my orders" section.

How to make updated version work ?

1. To make module work in new version, it is enough to reinstall it in shop's back office.
   Do not worry - when you will uninstall it and install again - module will remember all its settings and previously created blocks.
   After module installation - you will be able to edit existing and create new blocks without problems.
   
   if you previously created custom hooks:
   - after module reinstallation, open its configuration page
   - scroll page down, there is a section where you can "add new hooks"
   - there is a button "regenerate hooks" - press it 
   - module will start to support your custom hooks
   - if you will not see hook's contents - deactivate and activate hook with "checkbox" near hook name
   
   If you do not see previously created blocks in your shop's front office:
   - please open box edit page
   - verify options, focus on "groups visibility" feature since it gives possibility to create blocks for many groups (not only one as it was in the past)
   usually these steps solves all problems with module and its update process.
   
    
2. open module configuration page,
   go to "settings" tab, there is a "check for updates" form.
   Hit "check" button. Module will check if there are some new versions and in addition to this it will verify current installation. If there will be something to fix - module will do this.

if you've got some other problems (not related to save process of blocks) like appearance problems (not visible menu elements, problems with blocks visibility in shop's back office)
1) please press ctrl+f5 on configuration page of the module. It's a "hard refresh" that refreshes also old css/js files that browser remembers
2) or clear browser cache


these steps should solve problems you mentioned
