Today I updated the module from version 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.

I recompiled the template, cleared the cache, and updated the module configuration (I didn't change anything - I clicked save).

After the update, the store reports an error (this page is not working) for individual products.

Disabling the module solves the problem.

Where is the error?

please go to advanced parameters > performance and activate "debug" mode
then go to product page in front office and share exact error code here

this will be the first step in debug process, the next steps depends on error details you will see.

 

ps. in what version of prestashop you're working?
