I’ve been using PrestaShop for a while now, and one thing I always get asked about is how to Prestashop upload file. Whether it's adding product images or uploading documents for download, the process is pretty simple once you know where to go.

Here's How to Prestashop Upload File:

1. Log in to Your PrestaShop Admin Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Section You Need:

   • For product images, go to Catalog > Products, and select the product.

   • For product attachments like PDFs or user manuals, go to Catalog > Product Attachments.

3. Choose Your File
   Ensure your file is the correct format (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.) and not too large. Once you select it, click "Upload."

4. Save Changes
   Don't forget to save your work after uploading your file. You can even link the file to specific products for easy access by customers.

Common Issues:

• If you're getting an error due to file size, check your server’s PHP settings for file upload limits.

• Make sure the file type is supported by PrestaShop. Images, PDFs, and ZIPs are commonly accepted.
