Yes, PrestaShop 9.0 is now fully released. According to PrestaShop's version history, PrestaShop 9.0 is officially released in June 2025 with full support for Symfony 6.4, PHP 8.1–8.4, the new Admin API, the Hummingbird theme, and a modernised back office.
You can now safely download or upgrade to PrestaShop 9.0 for your live store.
