Hello,

I've installed the module and I want to send my products to Zalando, but when I view the URL in my browser, I get the message: {"message": "Not authorized"}

Best regards,

The "Not authorized" message typically indicates an issue with authentication. To resolve this:

  1. Check API Credentials: Ensure you have the correct API key and credentials set up in your PrestaShop module.

  2. Permissions: Verify that your API user has the necessary permissions to send data to Zalando.

  3. URL Format: Confirm that the URL you're accessing is correct and follows Zalando's API endpoint specifications.

  4. Authentication Type: If Zalando requires OAuth or another authentication method, make sure you've implemented it correctly.

If the issue persists, refer to Zalando's API documentation for specific authorization details or check with their support.

Hi there,

If you're unable to see your files on Zalando from your PrestaShop integration, here are a few things you might want to check:

  1. Feed Generation – Make sure your Zalando feed has been generated successfully. If you're using a module (like Shoppingfeed, Tradebyte, or similar), check the module's logs or settings to confirm the feed is up-to-date.

  2. FTP or API Connection – Verify that your files are actually being sent to Zalando. If your integration relies on FTP or API, check the credentials and confirm that the transfer is happening without errors.

  3. Format and Compliance – Zalando has strict format and compliance rules. If there’s any invalid data (like missing GTINs, invalid images, or incorrect categories), your files might be rejected or hidden. Check for error messages in the module or Zalando Partner Portal.

  4. Zalando Partner Portal – Log in to the Zalando Partner Portal and check the status of your submitted files. If there are processing errors or pending approvals, they will be listed there.

  5. Module Configuration – Revisit your PrestaShop Zalando integration module settings. Make sure the product selection, pricing, and stock rules are set up properly so your products are included in the feed.

If everything seems correct and the issue persists, try re-generating and re-submitting the feed. Also, don't hesitate to contact the module developer or Zalando Partner Support directly for detailed logs and troubleshooting.
