our module to change prices of products can be helpful
with this addon you can increase product pricess in bulk. This plugin gives possibility to change prices by percentage value (increase by percentage, decrease by percentage) or by amount value (increase by amount, decrease by amount). Of course you can change prices for all products, or for selected products (module has filters like categories, manufacturers, attributes, features etc.). In addition to this, if your products have combinations - you can increase / decrease prices for "price impact" for selected combinations 
i think that module will meet you requirements.
