In the previous two months, we have requested support multiple times.
Unfortunately, we are not getting any response to actually resolve the issue.

In fact, no response at all.

 

In our requests, we made clear that the module is not working correctly.
A customer can still add more than the maximum amount set to the shopping cart.
For example:

• There is a maximum of 12 units.
• Customer adds 15 units to shopping cart, the shopping cart states 12 units.
  So it did use the maximum there.
• Then the customer adds another 6 units to the shopping cart.
  This is not prevented, the shopping cart now says 18 units.
  So above the maximum that was set.
  This should not be possible, the maximum should be 12 units in the shopping cart.

This is a really serious issue for such a module, so we don't understand why your company is not resolving it.

We really hope your company will finally give support on your module and fix the issue.

I bought the module recently and it works on my side. Did you configure the module correctly?

 

In the "Module Manager", go to the module configuration.

In the "Maximum quantity for all purchases" > "Main parameters", have you selected the product order states correctly?

Have you also defined a date and a time range in the same page?

 

Once this is done, have you defined the quantity for each product in "Modules" > "Maximum quantity of product per customer" > "Configure" ?
