Hi
case is very easy to solve.
there is an option "number of products you want to dispaly" (liczba produktów jaką chcesz wyświetlić)
on your screenshot there is "0" as value of this option. So in effect module displays "0" products. If there is nothing to display - block created with this module will not appear.
i am convinced that if you will change value of this option to some other, let's say 20 - it will start to work properly.
