Can i make different tooltips ???

If yes how many pcs i can do ??

With this i can create unlimited tooltips ?

Yes it allows to create unlimited number of tooltips,
and you can create different unique tooltip for each product individually.
 
each product page has own unique class="", for example - product with ID = 7 has class="product-id-7"
when you create tooltip with this module you can point this class: 

 
so in effect tooltip will be available only on this product page, for "add to cart" word, example: https://i.imgur.com/vqAj2E9.png 
 
if you expect to show the same tooltip for many different products, you can use these various classes during configuration of tooltip, just separate them by comma: https://i.imgur.com/wUUBYSI.png 
 
 
there are much more possibilities.
for example, product from specific category also has own unique class="", this means that you can set tooltip for products from specific category, categories https://i.imgur.com/Ogg4amc.png, manufacturer: https://i.imgur.com/Z1uRSI5.png, supplier: https://i.imgur.com/KLbUemy.png
