I installed the module with prestashop 1.7.8.5.
The installation went well but the form is not displayed.
I saw that it was not showing up in the positions and I engaged it but it still does not display anything.

hello
case requires verification of the module (its settings)
and also verification of shop where the module works (like used modules, theme, maybe some overrides) - this is just in case, in context of possible conflict
