after installation and several checks, the functionality to create lists in the product is not available:

 

what may be wrong?

Usually, when you see "empty" tab of module edit on product edit page, the problem is with other module that appears BEFORE the module that spawns white page.
can you please show list of modules available here:

The solution steps:
- identification of modules that are available on product edit page (just open step by step, one by one edit page of modules you've got there. The last module that appears properly - causes the problem)
- move the module that causes "empty" edit page to the end of modules list (so it will not affect the rest of addons here)

 

 

When module that causes empty page will be identified it will be required to go to:

- design > positions

- search there for list of modules named "displayAdminProductsExtra"

- then move module that causes problem to the end of list of modules named "displayAdminProductsExtra" (to move module just drag and drop it to the end of list)
